Hope someone on this forum can help me out, or a Logitech representative gets to read through this. Add the fact that I was not able to find any info or related questions to this on the Internet makes it even weirder. To me it currently feels like this tool has never actually been tested on a Windows 10 Device, which sounds ridiculous. Am I missing something or overlooking the screenshot folder somehow? Any suggestions from you guys? Anyone who got this to work on this mouse or another one? The Logitech folder in Program Files, does not seem to contain this either. It is definitely not in my pictures, my videos, my documents, my downloads, or straight under the user folder. After looking for a very long time for all my computer files, it looks like I am unable to find the absolute path where these screenshots are saved. This is a must have for me now that I discovered that functionality. The "Screenshot tool" placed under "PRODUCTIVITY" would probably be one of my favourite button actions on this mouse, as I noticed it does not just bring up the snipping tool, but actually goes straight into a rectangular screenshot mode. I put some work into configuring the buttons to my liking, mainly productivity oriented (not gaming) as I bought it via work and tend to use it for work. I recently bought the MX Master 3 mouse, with very high expectations. Whether you're sending an image to a friend or reporting a technical issue, this simple guide on how to take screenshots will get you started on the right foot.
